 Share Your Books with MILA University Library

Looking to donate your books? We welcome materials that can inspire and support the MILA University community. Every donation is carefully reviewed to ensure it adds value to our collection.

 Accepted Donations

• Books in good physical condition.
• Academic or educational texts suitable for tertiary study.

 Books We Cannot Accept

While we appreciate every offer, the following items are not suitable for donation:

• Damaged books – torn pages, water or smoke damage, scribbles, highlights, stains, or broken spines/jackets.
• Loose magazines, newspapers, or journals.
• Pamphlets, brochures, posters, and other ephemeral materials.
• Audiovisual items that our Library cannot support.
• Books removed from our collection.
• Outdated books – only books published from 2010 onwards are accepted.
• Maps.
• School textbooks not suitable for tertiary education.
• Photocopied books.

 How to Donate

Please deliver your books to the Library at a suitable time during official operating hours. All donated materials will be assessed to ensure they adhere to our collection standards.

Important: Donors are required to complete a donation form for Library documentation and statistical purposes. The form may be obtained from Library personnel or downloaded from the WebOPAC at https://weblibrary.mila.edu.my.
